What we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. We use these to process your payment, ship your order, send confirmations and invoices, communicate with you, and screen orders for fraud. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on this site.
- Device information: your browser, IP address, time zone, cookies, the pages and products you view, search terms, and how you use the site. Collected automatically to load the site correctly and understand how it's used.
- Customer support information: anything you send us when you email, call, or message us. We use it to answer your questions.
Who we share it with
- Shopify powers our online store. See how Shopify uses personal information at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors. Shopify Payments processes payments made at checkout, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We may also accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, or an invoice sent through Square for custom pieces. These companies receive the information needed to complete your payment.
- Shipping carriers, such as USPS and UPS, receive your name, address, and phone number or email so they can deliver your order.
- Legal requests. We may share information to follow the law, respond to a legal request, or protect our rights.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. You can learn how Google uses your information at google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our store is also connected to Facebook & Instagram and Google & YouTube through Shopify. These connections can use cookies and similar tools to measure visits and show our products to people who have visited our site. You can opt out of targeted advertising here:
- Facebook: facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
- Google: google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
- Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
A cookie is a small file saved on your device when you visit a site. We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your settings, and understand how the site is used. Shopify keeps the current list of cookies used on stores at shopify.com/legal/cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly without them. Because there is no consistent standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not change how we collect data when we receive one.
Fraud prevention
We do not use automated systems to make decisions about you ourselves. Shopify uses limited automated tools to prevent fraud, such as temporarily blocking repeated failed payment attempts.
Selling personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
How long we keep it
We keep your order information for our records until you ask us to erase it.
Your rights
If you live in California or the European Economic Area, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or updated, have it erased, or have a copy sent to you. To make a request, use the contact information above. If you'd like someone to make a request for you, contact us at the same address.
If you live in the EEA, we process your information with your consent, to fulfill your order, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests. Your information may be processed in Ireland and transferred to Canada and the United States.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
