All sales are final, which means there are no exchanges or refunds.

I do my best to state the details of each piece in its description, so please read carefully.

Any questions about a piece must be answered before you purchase.

Sarah Smith Silver does not size rings or provide jewelry repairs. Please visit a local jeweler for that service.

Classes and private sessions: There are no refunds. If you need to change your date, let me know at least two weeks ahead and your spot can be moved to another class date.
