Shipping

Every piece from Sarah Smith Silver is packed and shipped by hand. Here's what to expect after you order.

United States

• Free shipping on orders of $250 or more. Ships USPS Priority Mail.
• Orders under $250: $15 flat rate. Ships USPS Priority Mail.

Priority Mail usually arrives in 3 to 5 business days. USPS gives estimates, not guarantees. Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email.

When your order ships

• Pieces in stock go out within 1 to 2 business days.
• Custom orders ship once the piece is finished and paid in full. Each one is made by hand from start to finish, so the timeline depends on the design.

International

I ship to select countries by USPS or UPS. The rate is calculated at checkout and depends on where it's going and the weight of the package. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days. Customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Insurance

USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of coverage. Some pieces are worth more than that, so I recommend adding extra insurance and/or signature confirmation. To add either, email sarah@granitestation.com or use the Contact page with your name and order number before your piece ships. The added cost depends on the value of the piece.

Once it leaves

Once USPS or UPS scans your package, it's in the carrier's hands. I'm glad to help you track a package down, but I can't be responsible for carrier delays or loss after it leaves my hands.
